WHAT IS AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)?
- The ATL or Authority To Leave service allows Courier to leave the parcel in a secure location if a signature cannot be obtained for delivery
- Please note that the ATL service may not be available to buildings with a security entrance. In these cases, a card will be left with instructions
- Cuddlebee is NOT liable for parcels lost or damaged where the item has been left ATL as requested
HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Normally it is next day delivery, but allow up to 3 working days - International
Arrival time will vary with destination, but allow up to 14 working days - Your Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?
- Your item is wrapped in a polythene wrapper and put it into a custom made Cuddlebee Bag which has a swing tag attached to it with the instructions
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
- Items must unused and be returned in their original condition and packaging
- All customers must contact Cuddlebee at sales@cuddlebee.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the process.
- All shipping costs for returns and exchanges are at the buyers' own expense

- Before bathtime simply fasten the Cuddlebee Smart Towel around your neck
- Fasten the Velcro properly
- Using your towel free hands, wash and carefully lift baby out of the bath and place on your chest directly
- Wrap each side of the Cuddlebee Smart Towel around your baby to dry and keep them warm straight after the bath
